1. Identity and Domicile of the Data Controller
The Controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is the legal entity Interlunio, S.A. de C.V., with domicile to receive notifications at José Guadalupe Zuno Street 2058, Colonia Americana, Postal Code 44150, in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

In order to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, the Controller will collect the following categories of personal data:
Identification data: Full name, handwritten signature, copy of official photo identification (INE, Passport, or applicable Migratory Document), nationality, and date of birth.
Contact data: Full address, email address, landline telephone number, and mobile telephone number.
Financial and patrimonial data: Credit or debit card information (card number, expiration date, and security code), as well as billing information (Federal Taxpayer Registry – RFC, tax regime, and tax domicile).
Sensitive Personal Data: The Controller does not ordinarily collect sensitive personal data. In the event that you provide information about your health condition or motor disabilities for the sole purpose of requesting special assistance or accessibility in the rooms and facilities, such data will be treated under the strictest security and confidentiality measures.
3. Purposes of the Processing
The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes:
A. Primary Purposes (Necessary for the existence, maintenance, and fulfillment of the legal relationship):
To guarantee, manage, modify, or cancel the lodging reservations requested by the data subject.
To register the guest's check-in and check-out, and to provide the lodging, food, beverage, and additional services contracted during the stay.
To process payments and electronic collections, and to issue the corresponding digital tax receipts (CFDI).
To ensure the security, protection, and surveillance of staff, guests, and visitors within the premises through closed-circuit television systems (video surveillance).
To address questions, comments, clarifications, complaints, or suggestions related to the services provided.
B. Secondary Purposes (Distinct purposes that do not give rise to the legal relationship):
To send advertising information, commercial newsletters, special offers, and exclusive promotions of the hotel or its internal commercial establishments (such as its coffee service or specialty restaurant).
To evaluate the quality of the service received through the use of satisfaction surveys.
To conduct internal market studies and statistical analyses of guests' consumption habits.
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for these secondary purposes, you may state your refusal at any time by sending an email to the address indicated in section 5 of this document, specifying the commercial purposes to which you object.
4. Transfers of Personal Data
We inform you that your personal data may be transferred to and processed by persons other than the Controller in the following cases:
To banking institutions, payment platforms, and digital payment gateways, for the sole purpose of processing and settling the services contracted by the data subject.
To the competent federal, state, or local authorities, in strict compliance with tax obligations, public security obligations, or migratory control requirements.
To external providers of software systems, web reservation engines, and cloud storage services, who act as data processors under the direct instructions of the Controller for the proper operation of the service.
These transfers do not require your express consent in accordance with Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
5. Means and Procedure for Exercising ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access your personal data; to Rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; to Cancel their processing when you consider that they are not required for the stated purposes; or to Object to their use for specific purposes (ARCO Rights).
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit a written request addressed to our Personal Data Department at the following email address: casabosqueeduviges@gmail.com
The request must mandatorily contain and be accompanied by the following:
Full name of the data subject and address or other electronic means to communicate the response to the request.
Digitized copy of the documents that reliably prove your identity (current INE or Passport) or, where applicable, the documentation evidencing the legal representation of the data subject.
A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the data subject seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.
Any other element, date of stay, or document that facilitates the location and validation of the personal data within our systems.
The Controller shall communicate to the data subject the determination adopted within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days counted from the date the request is received. If the request is found to be in order, it shall become effective within the 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the response is notified.
6. Revocation of Consent and Limitation of Use or Disclosure
You may revoke at any time the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data, or limit the scope of its use and disclosure. It is important to take into account that not in all cases will it be possible to address a revocation immediately, due to the existence of legal obligations to retain accounting, tax, and operational records that apply to the hotel industry.
To process a revocation or to limit the use and disclosure of your information, you must send your detailed request to the email address specified in section 5 of this notice.
7. Use of Tracking Technologies on our Website
We inform you that on our official website we use cookies, web beacons, and other digital tracking technologies through which the technical behavior of internet users is monitored, in order to offer optimal navigation and to adapt the experience on our portal. The data obtained through these means correspond to IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and source pages, which may be restricted or disabled directly by the user from the privacy configuration tools of their internet browser.
8. Changes to the Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice may be subject to modifications, changes, or updates derived from legal reforms, variations in the lodging services we offer, or internal updates to our information security policies.
